restore fails with "0xe00003bf

Hi

i have a symantec Backup exec 2012 installed on windows server 2008r2 

after i backed up exchange server 2010

i want to test  restore single item from backed up user mail box 

in restore job the  below error occured 

The job failed with the following error: Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown Exchange Web Service errors. Review the job log for more information.

what i did 

i followed this article

but when i test the restore still the same error

please advise me
