Move OpsCenter 7.5 from Solaris to Linux...user passwords don't import

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I have an OpsCenter 7.5.0.6 server running on Solaris 10 that connects to a 7.5.0.7 Netbackup Master and Media Server with several users logging into OpsCenter as a GUI interface, as expected.  I plan on upgrading everything to 7.6 and the first step is upgrading the Opscenter Server, but before doing that I want to move it form Solaris to Linux.  I have a target Linux ready with OpsCenter 7.5.0.6 installed and I've attempted an import of the database form the Solaris source.  The import is successful in that I see all hosts, policies, reports, history, and users.  The problem is that user passwords don't work.  Even if I attempt a password change from the OpsCenter GUI, I still can't login users.  The imports steps are:

On solaris source:

 /opt/SYMCOpsCenterServer/bin/dbbackup.sh /export/backups/opscenter_db_backup

./SYMCOpsCenterServer/eat/bin/atutil export -f /tmp/ops.exp -b -p password

copy files to target

on linux target

stop opscenter

/opt/SYMCOpsCenterServer/bin/dbbackup.sh /data/opscenter_db_backup -restore

/opt/SYMCOpsCenterServer/eat/bin/atutil import -p "password" -f /tmp/ops.exp  -o

start opscenter
